Plans and directs all plants and sales branches (in China) Human Resources activities including recruitment, retention, motivation and development of talents to support the needs of the business. Assure all HR activities compliance with laws of China and company’s policies.
-Interprets and assures compliance with China labor laws and company’s policies.
-Establish and align overall HR infrastructure, processes, policies and programs with corporate direction and the business needs of the Business Units.
-Monitors human resources climate at plants and advises/counsels GMs on human resources issues.
-Directs the recruiting and staffing functions to assure that manpower objectives are achieved.
-Conducts training at all levels to upgrade associates’ skills.
-Administers employee benefit programs, salary administration to maintain a good employee relationship.
-Develop and implement employee engagement process, Make the environment of communication comfortable.
-Reduce the turnover rate to a reasonable percentage.
-Direct quarterly newsletter and intranet.
-Maintains a comprehensive Human Resource Information to support company objectives.
-Performs all other duties as assigned.
-Bachelor degree or above.
-10 years’relevant experiences.
-Resourceful and trustworthy. Strong supervisory and teambuilding ability.
-Good communication skill in both Mandarin and English.
-Flexible, strong ability to manage change.
-Cultural diverse and able to work with people from different cultural background.
-Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
-Must be a self-starter and motivated.
